LifePhotonic cylindrical diffusers are CE-marked fiber optic light applicators that emit light radially and uniformly along a diffusing length of 5 to 90 mm. They are intended for illumination in phototherapies.
Developed and manufactured by LifePhotonic GmbH in Bonn, Germany, under a quality management system certified to ISO 13485 and EU MDR (2017/745).

The CD-2S3 (tip diameter 0.75 mm). A compatible 20G catheter is available.
The CD-2S3 has been tested for compatibility with the following flexible ureteroscopes (3.6 Fr working channel): Olympus URF-P6 and URF-P7, Karl Storz Flex-X2S, Richard Wolf Cobra, Boston Scientific LithoVue and Pusen Uscope. Tests covered insertion, positioning at maximum tip deflection (270–275°), 10-minute illumination at 200 mW/cm and retraction – without damage to fiber or endoscope.

The CD-4L3 is self-supporting and flexible and suitable for 4 Fr working channels, e. g. for bronchoscopy.
All major phototherapy lasers with SMA 905 connector, in the wavelength range 600–800 nm. Other wavelengths and connectors on request.
With PDT lasers from Omicron Medical, Modulight (ML6710i, ML7710) and Intermedic (Multidiode 630 PDT, Multidiode 753). Other lasers with SMA 905 connector work as well. For a specific model variant of a laser, please ask us about your combination.
